PRESENTATION: The resort has the right to refuse customers whose attire is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy and incorrect behaviour, customers whose behaviour is contrary to public morals.
ARRIVAL: Check-in between 2.00PM and 10.00PM. If you have a problem to reach us (traffic or other), please inform us. Any claim on the quality of services must be presented to the hotel immediately. Any rental started is due, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
DEPARTURE: Check-out must be done by 12.00PM. When leaving the hotel, the customer must return the key of his room back to the reception. It is forbidden to take any object belonging to the hotel. The customer must return it if it was taken by mistake, otherwise, the object will be charged.
PAYMENT: Payment must be done the day of departure at the latest. The prices are per room, per night and do not include the food or drinks. We accept payment in cash or by credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. Any person staying at our resort has to present a valid passport as well as a valid visa, as required by the Cambodian Immigration Authority. Cambodian customers must present a valid ID card. In case you cannot submit this document, we will be forced to not access your request for room rental.
IN CASE YOUR STAY MUST BE INTERRUPTED: There will be no refund. Similarly, if you need to leave before the scheduled departure date, the customer will have to pay the full price, as per the conditions of the reservation. Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL :
- If you cancel or change your booking more than 3 days prior to your arrival date, we do not charge a fee.
- If you cancel or change your booking within 3 days of your arrival date, we will charge a fee equivalent to 50% of your stay.
- In case of absence and no-show the day of your reservation, the total amount of your reservation will be charged..
ACCESS TO ROOMS: Rooms are available from 2.00PM. Check-out must be done before 12.00PM. Attention: in case of a departure after 12.00PM, the price of one night will be charged. If the customer wants to keep the room for an additional night, he should inform the reception of the resort and proceed to the payment before 11.30AM (upon availability). Your room type is planned for a certain number of persons and this should be respected. Customers have to be of age in order to book a room at our resort.
SECURITY: For your comfort and safety, the surveillance of the resort is assured by a guard. However, the management cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of objects within the establishment. Please do not leave valuables in your room.
VISITS: Any visit or presence of guests within the residential area must be registered at the reception. The management reserves the right to deny them access to the resort.
FORBIDDEN: We kindly remind you that it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, each room has a terrace provided for this purpose. All objects and prohibited products (weapons and drugs) by the laws and regulations in force are of course prohibited inside the property. If necessary, the hotelier may report any offenders to the competent authorities. Gambling, prostitution and consumption of illegal substances are strictly forbidden in the resort. The Kep Bungalows is against child abuse and sexual offences on minors; we will not accept such behaviour in our resort.
ANIMALS: Pets are accepted in the resort.
THE RECEPTION is open 24/24, so we kindly ask our customers to leave their keys at the reception when they leave the hotel. The reception declines any responsibility for your luggage or objects deposited in public places. We have a free storage room for your luggage.
BREAKFAST is served every day from 7.00AM either in the restaurant or on your private terrace. It is possible to order breakfast before 7.00AM, but the order must be done the previous day at the reception.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant (Khmer specialities) is open every day from 12.00PM to 10.00PM.
THE SWIMMING POOL is open from 8.00AM to 10.00PM. The hotel is not responsible for accidents in or around the pool. Children must be under the supervision of parents. Visitors without a booked room can use the swimming pool if they order some food or drinks.
NUISANCES: To respect the tranquillity of other guests, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise especially between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. Any noise of neighbourhood related to the behaviour of a person may cause the hotel to invite the customer to leave the establishment without a refund since the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquillity of the clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Children are under the sole responsibility of the parents or legal tutors.
PARKING: The resort has secured private parking. However, the resort cannot be held responsible for damages to the customer’s vehicles or for stolen or lost belongings.
